The Texas Triple Threat coaches host weekly group workouts at several locations. Please join us at one or more of the group workouts described below.

- Members of Texas Triple Threat are invited to participate in any workouts hosted by any Tri Community club. Participation is free as long as you show your Texas Triple Threat membership card.
Swim (focus: speed)
Speed work and short sets. Working on aerobic capacity and higher intensities. Average workout is 1400-2200 in length depending on the level of swimmer. Technique work is still a focus even though work is done to increase the anaerobic threshold. Beginner to Advanced lanes available. Coach always on deck.

Texins Activity Center

- Enter through Gate #3 off of I-75.
- You will need your driver's license, Texas Triple Threat membership card and a towel.
- Lockers are available; you can obtain a guest "card key" at the front desk in exchange for your driver's license.
- Doors open at 5:30 am.

Wednesdays 5:30 am - 6:30 am, with option to put in extra yards until 7:00 am
The Colony Aquatic Park

- You will need a towel.
- Lockers are available, but you will need to bring your own combination lock.
- Doors open at 5:15 am.

Swim (focus: endurance)
Endurance work and longer sets. Focusing on technique, efficiency, and building base. Average work-out is 1600-2500 in length depending on the level of the swimmer. Drill sets are done at beginning of the work-out to instill habits. That emphasis is carried through-out the session. Beginner to Advanced lanes available. Coach always on deck.

Swim (focus: open water)
Secure swimming area. Kayak and floatation devices present for safety. Coaches in kayak as well as in the water. Beginner swimmers must check in with lead coach. Distances are 300 meters plus. Possibility to work on beach and in-water starts.

Bike Ride (focus: hills)
No drop ride designed to increase cycling strength and endurance. The workouts will focus on all aspects of climbing hills. The ride will usually take 60-90 minutes and all levels of athletes are welcome.

Bike Ride
No drop ride. All levels of riders welcome. 18 mile loop (with option to add in hill repeats). Longer rides are also available. A coach will ride with the no drop group. When available, ride leaders will be present for the intermediate (16-19mph) and advanced (20+mph) level rides.

Run
General track workout focused on improving speed and running efficiency. Workouts should take between 45 and 60 minutes to complete. Coach at the track to answer any questions. All levels of athletes welcome.
