Swim Drills

When going to the pool, pick a focus. Don't go and try to do all the drills you know. Drills are about building muscle memory. Take one drill and focus on that particular technique that it works on for the entire swim session. Make that one a habit and then move on to another one the next time you visit the pool. You should practice control, so don't confuse the body by thinking about too many things at once. One thing at a time and you'll become a better swimmer with less work.
